ELECTRIC MOTOR TEST CENTRE
The test centre for electric motors offers the possibility to carry out extensive analyses of electric drives. The test bench includes all components necessary for a measurement. These include the load machine, a vibration-decoupled machine bed and measurement technology for recording mechanical and electrical measured variables.
The CELLFAB combines innovative research with the latest manufacturing and information technology.
Within the production line, battery cells can be manufactured reproducibly and flexibly. In addition, the close network of associated partners offers an ideal platform for the exchange of ideas and the establishment of new contacts.

With its two battery test chambers, the BAC offers a safe environment for your test requirements.
Various customizable test benches allow a test environment tailored to your needs and requirements to ensure a high level of product safety.
Various types of developmental and certifying battery tests can be carried out in the BAC.
BATTERY PACK LABORATORY
The battery pack laboratory provides support for the development and construction of battery pack prototypes. The equipment of the laboratory includes facilities for prototyping battery systems.
Based on this infrastructure, battery systems can be developed quickly and efficiently, from the conceptual design to the connection technology of the selected battery cells, the testing of innovative cooling systems and the mechanical integration of the cells into modules and packs.
The joining laboratory provides welding equipment from the entire value chain of e-mobility production.
In the joining technology laboratory, joining technology tasks can be realized, from process selection and development to sampling and small series production. In doing so, we can draw on a versatile understanding of processes, basic knowledge of materials science and many years of experience in process automation and digitalized quality control and regulation.
