He then started his career as a project manager and process engineer at Dupont de Nemours in Luxembourg. This was followed by a start-up agenda with the talent investor Entrepreneur First in Berlin. He gained experience in the implementation of projects in large-scale industry and in the start-up sector. After his successfully initiated project start in the field of renewable energies at Paul Würth Geprolux, Xavier Kohll has been CTO and Co-Founder of Circu Li-ion since 2021. There he leads the technical development of automated battery pack dismantling lines for the upcycling and recycling of lithium-ion battery packs.
