The B³ (Batterie-Bildungsnetzwerk Bayern) project aims to support companies involved in the battery ecosystem as they navigate the transformation towards electromobility, thereby securing employment in Bavaria. The initiative offers free educational programs tailored along the battery value chain, including modular basic training, work-process-oriented qualification concepts, and qualification for company trainers. It focuses on developing customized educational and training measures for industry and SMEs, conducting needs analyses in close cooperation with businesses, and imparting specialized knowledge for skilled personnel in electromobility. The project is a collaboration between education partners, innovation clusters, and research partners, actively promoting the transition towards e-mobility in Bavaria and Germany.
