Fabian Cordes brings 15 years of experience in the European electricity market and renewable energy sector and is a passionate business developer with a particular focus on end-to-end services.

As Co-Founder & Head of Partnerships and Customer Development, he founded encore | DB, a corporate start-up in the field of Second Life, within Deutsche Bahn in 2021 and is responsible for building partnerships with e-vehicle manufacturers and implementing sustainable Second Life battery storage projects in the MWh range.

Before joining DB in 2018, Fabian worked at Renewable Energy Systems Ltd. in London, where he was responsible for the business model change towards auction and tendering processes for RE and battery storage projects in Europe and Australia.
