More than 300 scientific posters and around 60 presentations form a wealth of knowledge that can only be selectively recognised during the conference days. All authors are therefore requested to publish a summary of the contents on this website www.battery-power.eu.

You can also upload your poster as a PDF or your presentation as a PDF or PPT file. This data is exclusively available to registered participants 14 days prior the Advanced Battery Power Conference at the hdt+ digital campus. This allows participants to prepare themselves even better and more purposefully for the professional exchange with the speakers and poster authors during the face-to-face conference. The access data for the hdt+ digital campus will be sent to you when you register as a conference participant.

The posters will also be evaluated online by the advisory board. The best three poster contributions are honoured with the annual poster prize.

Poster authors submit a text-only summary for the publicly accessible conference programme.
The poster submitted as a PDF will be shown exclusively on the hdt+ digital campus. This submission will also be evaluated by the advisory board for the poster award. Therefore, please submit the poster in time before 15 March 2025.

The speakers will provide a text summary for the public announcement on this website.
In addition, we ask you to send us the presentation as a PDF or PPT file. This will only be available exclusively to participants in the hdt+ digital campus 14 days before the conference.

01_Login and changing your user account

You need a user account to upload your lecture or poster. You can find the form here. You have already received your dial-in data by email. If the password is not available, click on “Forgot Password”. You will then receive a new authentication message.

02_Enter the title and abstract (text only)

So that your presentation or your poster is easy to find, we need the key data (title, author, co-authors, category assignment) and a short summary of around 1,500-3,000 characters. We also ask you to check that your personal contact details are correct.

03_Upload your files

All presenters will be asked to provide a 1,500-3,000 character abstract that will be publicly available on battery-power.eu  
In addition, we ask you to send us your presentation as a PDF or PPT file, which will be made available exclusively to registered participants. The same form has been prepared for uploading the data.

Posterautoren

We ask all poster authors to prepare an abstract of 1,500-3,000 characters, which will be publicly available on battery-power.eu. Please send us your poster in DIN A0 format using the form as a PDF file, which will be made available exclusively to conference participants.

If you would like to use our fee-based poster printing service, please tick the appropriate box in the upload form. The posters will then be available for you at the start of the conference. You can find the poster printing service here.

04_Dates

Please remember that your presentations will be available to all participants 14 days before the start of the conference.
Your data should therefore be uploaded by 15 March 2025 at the latest.
Poster authors, whose contributions are not yet available at this point in time, can unfortunately not participate in the evaluation of the poster price.
