studied chemistry at the University of M\u00fcnster and got his PhD in Analytical Chemistry. After his doctorate, he joined the working group of Prof. Winter at the MEET Battery Research Center in 2009 as a postdoctoral researcher where he established the analytical department. From 2010-12 he was the head of the competence areas Analytics and Recycling and since 2012 he holds a position as scientific staff at the MEET Battery Research Center at University of M\u00fcnster as the head of the division Analytics and Environment, which mainly focuses on electrolyte aging, transition metal migration and surface investigations, recycling and 2nd life as well as toxicological investigations. He has currently over 150 peer review publications and book chapters and 350 conference contributions.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b780dd7
