With the planned qualification measures, we are focusing on the independent decision-making and action competence of employees in the work processes of the various value-added stages of battery production and use. Such skills can hardly be achieved through previous offers. In addition, the courses are generally only aimed at staff with academic qualifications. We have therefore assessed the needs of the companies whose employees are to receive further training and jointly defined the objectives for further training in order to develop and test tailor-made courses that can then be effectively implemented with the support of the company’s own training staff.
We offer qualifications and training courses in the capital region of Berlin and Brandenburg in order to qualify companies and employees, trainers and managers of battery cell production companies, including upstream and downstream processes, as well as others interested in technology and value creation processes in battery cell production, and to keep them up to date with the latest research. We are therefore currently determining the current and future personnel and qualification requirements of companies and comparing these with competence descriptions based on technological innovations and existing qualifications in order to prepare personnel development in a cooperative, coordinated and needs-oriented manner.
