The process-structure-property relationship on anode side is influenced by different
structures of the active material. Different graphite types, such as rounded or flake-shaped, are compared within a batch mixing process. Resulting process-structure-property relationships between the batch mixing and the calendering process were identified by different powder characterization methods. On the poster we will discuss how different graphite types in an equal batch process will affect the flow coefficient, dynamic angle of repose, electrical conductivity, Hausner ratio, particle size distribution and the
specific capacity in full cells.
